1) Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, redeeming a voucher, or connecting to our hotspot, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services & coverage

Best-effort Internet access over Wi-Max/Wi-Fi in designated locations. Actual speeds/latency vary with radio conditions, congestion, and maintenance.

3) Eligibility & registration (KYC)

Provide accurate details including full name, phone, email, address and NIN (where required).

8) Availability & maintenance

Interruptions may occur; we aim for prompt restoration.

9) Data protection

10) Third-party services

We use Paystack (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting/CDN). Their terms apply.

11) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate for breaches, fraud, non-payment, or security risks.

12) Refunds & chargebacks

Prepaid plans are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or if we cannot deliver and remedy within a reasonable period.

13) Warranties & liability

Service is provided “as-is / best-effort”. Liability limited to amounts paid for the affected plan in the last 30 days; no consequential damages.

15) Governing law

Federal Republic of Nigeria.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
